Instructions for use and additional warnings for Kidkraft

All wooden products made by Kidkraft are handmade, assembled and painted. Each product is unique / unique, and slight defects may occur, which do not constitute an error in production.

Please note that our warranty does not cover the use of permanent markers or pens, non-water-based paints, pens, detergents, or other products that damage the product. Also note that some of these ingredients contain colorants that can permanently damage the surface of the product.

Clean surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild cleanser if necessary. Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol or ammonia. They will destroy the glittering shine on the surface of the product. Cleaning and removing dust can also be used to clean the furniture cleaner.

We recommend that you first try all the cleaners on the inner part or the smaller surface of the product, which is not visible in normal use.

The warranty is valid only for manufacturer's faults, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. In case of a factory error, Kidkraft will replace the damaged parts by sending  the replacement. 

Each customer is obliged to carefully check the condition of the toy before and after assembly, missing, degraded, crushed or dangerous parts, including parts that the child may swallow can cause the child to suffocate or otherwise cause injuries. These parts may contain magnets, bicycles, fasteners and connectors. If you notice any errors, DO NOT USE the toys and inform the manufacturer as soon as possible. If you do not do this, it is an abuse. Misuse, inadequate mounting, non-compliance WARNING, Adults did not perform supervision or improper maintenance of the toy either intentionally or unintentionally, this warranty is void. To apply for a warranty, please contact on mail. For instructions, you must provide a proof of purchase, and you will be notified of the product return (prepayment).

Parental control needed.

This toy is for children of a certain age or more.

Parents should control the playing area so that children younger than the recommended age for which the toy is intended are not included in the game. Use this toy on the floor. Do not allow children to climb on, around or in a toy.

Use only on flat surfaces.

Check the assembly regularly and tighten the hardware if necessary. If maintenance is not carried out regularly, the product may stop working properly.
