The Kyoto Mini playhouse boosts a futuristic style that helps unlock the children’s creativity and imagination.Ideal for small patios or terraces, the Kyoto Mini wooden wendy house is very easy to assemble. With its 9 windows, it has a very bright indoor environment and a feeling of space. The sun filters in through the windows creating a very cozy and special indoor atmosphere, with light and shadows.

Materials

The main material of this woody wendy house is Birch plywood. It is a material that is highly resistant since it’s made of a dense wood and glued with phenolic resins ideal for rain conditions. The board comes with a layer of sealer on the edges (Sikkens Kodrin) and two layers of water-based paint, which give a high resistance to weathering. The indoor flooring is also made of Birch plywood. The top layer of the floor is finished with an hexagonal non-slip material, like to those used on slides and other children’s playground equipment. The roof of this wooden wendy house is made on birch plywood 18mm thick, and has thermal insulation (Rockwool 30mm) and precast waterproof EPDM rubber material with a water drain pipe incorporated from warehouse, to guarantee total water tight closure. Wall finishing with 4 aluminum bars.

Assembly

Assembly is very simple. In 3-4h will be ready for playing into this wooden wendy house.

Doors and windows

This wooden wendy house has one door with design handles and finger protection in the hinge area. One operable window, and 6 stationary windows. They are all made with methacrylate, and the door with finger-protection.
